Who could resist this adorable little doggie asking for a playdate? Nancy Grant made this super sweet and simple card that is great for any occasion. Nancy used the negative part of her scalloped edge as a new edge for this card. (See this post here). Using both edges is a bonus when punching or cutting out decorative trim.
