Lisa has been having so much fun doing stitched samplers from both the Antiquated Collection stamps and this one from our Christmas House and Holiday Hello stamps. The stamps make a great way to transfer a pattern to the fabric.
So you know by now, that even though we are starting our business in the paper crafting part of the world (our clear polymer stamps are coming very soon... more to post on that later), Judi and I have a total love of things sewn or knit. So every time one of us finds an amazing Etsy artist, we just have to share. Felicia of Fluffy Flowers (love the name), was so nice to comment on our "Bling Your Birdhouse" post that I had to visit her blog and ended up at her amazing Etsy shop. I just love this little owl named Gardenia. (Judi loves owls too... that's a hint for our new stamp designs).
Felicia also has the cutest little bunnies made from sweaters and gloves (not cute in the easter way, but cute in a funky way). As I was looking at more of her creations, this little guy caught my eye. I think I used to have some slippers that looked like him! Felicia calls him a tree sprite. Visit Felicia's store and maybe you will be inspired to adopt one of these adorable creatures.
Hope you all have a very creative day! Let us know if have any fun Etsy artists that inspire you.
Once again, Judi was off in blogland and found this one by Betz White. If you are a felted wool crafter, you are going to love this one, and if you are not a felted wool girl, then this just might start you crafting! And she has the complete instructions on the blog too. Gotta love it when we get a tutorial!
